Vote Caster
Create New
Campaign
 |
- Once you've logged in, click 'Vote Caster' component icon on you left.
'Vote Caster > Campaign'
page is shown by default or
click 'Campaign' link on
top.
- You are required to
enter 'Campaign Title'. Set
campaign status to active or
inactive. (Note : Only one
campaign can be set to
active). Check options to
allow public to view
results. Click 'Add' to add
new campaign in the list.
- To sort list in
alphabetical order or
reversed order, click
or
icon beside list label. To
edit and remove a campaign,
just click
and
icon for respective
campaign. Click OK on the
prompt out message to
confirm deletion.
- Edit Campaign is similar
to Add Campaign, but this
time click 'Update' instead
of 'Add'. To cancel editing,
click 'Back' to return to
'Add Campaign' page.

Alert Message

- In the process of adding a campaign title, if you set a new campaign
to active and you already
have one with active status,
an alert message will prompt
to you. If you click OK,
this will change other
campaign to inactive.

Add Q & A To Your Campaign
 |
- To add questions to your campaign, click 'Question' navigation link on
top. Select a campaign you
created earlier from the
drop down list.
- Enter question and
answers in the textbox
provided. (Note : The
answers will show in radio
button). Click 'Add' beside
textbox to add answer into
below the textarea. To
delete, click on an answer
you wish to remove and click
'Delete'.
- Once you're done, click
'Add' and it'll display in
the list. To add another
question, follow the same
steps as described above.
- Rearrange the sequence
of questions using
or
icon. (Note : Rearrange
questions would affect
front-end campaign form
too).
- To remove questions,
click checkbox beside each
question or click checkbox
above to select all. Click
'Delete Selected'. To edit
respective record, click
icon. Editing is similar to
Add Q & A but this time
click 'Update' instead of
'Add'.

View Results

- To view vote results, click 'View Results' navigation link on top.
Select a campaign from the
drop down list to view
results.
- Each question will
generate a graph
illustrating number of votes
in percentage.
